DAY 30 4 ME!!!!!

HI Ron, well done 30 days is a big accomplishment, it has been hard work to get where you are so you should be very proud of yourself. I know what you mean about wanting a smoke to celebrate, it will take some time to stop thinking like that, anyway you dont realy want those disgusting, stinking, expensive, cancer causing tubes of nastiness now do you. you will have to reward yourself with something else make it nice you deserve it. anyone who has used patches!!!

Hi morningglory, this will day 3 on step 3 for me today, i havn't realy noticed any difference each time i stepped down. I think sonetimes it can be psychological, if we are expecting it to be worse it might feel that it is. Even if you feel bad for a while it will pass, stay strong and wait for it to pass.
