Hi moonchild,
you sound like i was, quiting at least once every month and only managing a few days. This time though i have managed 3 weeks, i diddnt realy expect to get this far but am over the moon that i have. I visit this site every mornig and evening which realy helps to keep me on track. I am on the patch which helps take the edge of the craves. you need to be realy prepared and plan what your going to do to help you through the tough times.
I was terrified that i would never be able to give up after so many failed attemps, but i think they helped me to understand how i was going wrong.
Never give up giving up, you never know it might just pay off.

Hi Nuka
Congratulations on 17 days it feels great to be a non smoker doesnt it. I am near to your quit date, i am on day 21 today. I dont know about you but i have a real calm feeling since i got over the 14 day mark, but i always told myself that if i could reach that far i would no way go back.
very weired having craves in the middle of the night, perhaps you were dreaming about smoking and just woke up wanting one.
