I have been waiting in anticipation for part 4 and i am so glad it had a happy ending, enjoy your second chance at life you deserve it.
I think you ought to consider writing a book, a thriller i think; i would certainly buy it.

Hi Lady,
I couldn't agree more, yesterday was real tough for me i forgot to put my patch on and realy suffered. I was tempted to give in, but having 13 days behind me helped me to hang on. I am so glad i did today i started a new job and i am still smoke free. I started the morning with James Brown 'I feel good' and i surely did all day.

I am on day 12 of my quit and am very proud of this achievement,i really diddnt think i would get this far but am soooooooo glad i have.
i am taking each day as it comes and things have not been too bad, ive been on step 2 of the patch for 4 days now i have noticed things getting a little harder but on the whole nothing i cant handle.
The main problem for me seems to be i cant stop clenching my teeth, my jaws aching something rotten and its giving me constant headaches. Anyway whatever it takes not to smoke i will have to put up with

Hi everyone, this will be my second attempt this year to quit; i only managed 3 days in January and realy want this to be the one that works. i have quit many times but cant seem to manage more than a few days. I have been here often reading the posts and my quit meter was up to 42 days without a cig, i have now stopped kidding myself and have put it back to 0. Oh why does it have to be so hard? I am so weak and pathetic, well thats how i feel everytime i have another failure anyway. I plan to quit tomorrow, i think ime starting with a bad cold i can feel my chest filling up with gunk, i dont know if this will help in the quest you never know. Ive managed to smoke through some stinkers before. I think if i could at least get to two weeks it would make it harder to start again, but time slows down when you stop smoking have you noticed that. Anyway i dont intend to stop trying untill i succeed.
