CJ, It's definately reward time! I think that's why the program specifically has you identify your six month reward! It's that big goal to work for! In the meantime, go back to those coping methods you used in your first weeks...ice water, mints, breathing exercise? Know that when you get through this, it really gets soooo much better. I'm glad to see you back in here so quickly. You're right to be proud of the 2 months under you belt!
Please go back through the program at the left here. Read through all that material in your glovebox. This will help reinforce the reasons for your quit. Also, spend some time reading in here.... concentrate on the "Avoiding relapse and slipping" forum. There is alot of valuable insight there.
Use your slip as an opportunity to learn more about yourself. Identify what caused your stumble (even it was just apathy). Then find a way to get you through it if it happens again.
