I Am So Sorry =(

There is nothing you can do about what is already done....except to learn from it. Regroup and start again as soon as you can. I know you're feeling stressed and anxious...but you will take longer to heal if you are smoking. Why not try to look at this as the perfect opportunity. You already feel lousy from being sick. why not get the worst of the withdrawals / cravings out of the way at the same time? No matter what...stay close to this site. No matter when...we'll be here. I am Cured......hopefully

Hang on tight Ang! Crying is one of the best things we can do. It relieves stress and cleanses our system. Cry as much as you need and lean on your friends. Get better soon and stay smoke-free. ~huggs~ ~lbugg~ PS: if you were smoking, it would have been harder to pay for the meds and harder to get better. Aren't you glad you don't smoke? ;) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/17/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 404 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 21,463 Amount Saved: $2666.4 Life Gained: Days: 39 Hrs: 10 Mins: 42 Seconds: 58
