Hooray!!!!! I just rolled over on 9 weeks. Thank you to all, those who are here and all who share all their experience here on this site. Talking to my partner over lunch today and saying that I have been quit for 9 weeks and it seems like so short a time. I am really proud and happy and most of all respectful of myself for giving myself the experience of being smoke free for so long. Although I was pretty sick with bronchitis this last week, I know that this is my body healing. Patience, patience, patience. I know I expect that I can tumble the walls and create all new in a flash and I must sit and contemplate that what I am doing is reprogramming and reestablishing new habits over old habits. AND those old habits have been in place for 36 years. AND WOOOOOHOOOOOO I have been quit for 9 weeks thats 63 days thats 1512 hours thats 90720 minutes and 5443200 seconds. Just imagine that at 1 Mississippi, 2 Mississippi HHHHHHHOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWEEEEEEE! Even my swim coaches can see the difference. Can you tell I am excited. Well I am! ;p My Milage: My Quit Date: 2/17/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 63 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,272 Amount Saved: $472.5 Life Gained: Days: 10 Hrs: 8 Mins: 48 Seconds: 19

What I wrote on day 9 - It still rings true. Thanks to all of you for witnessing and being along the path!
I keep experiencing the quit as a loving and caring intervention that I am creating in my life. Knowing that I am actually taking my power, my love and transforming it into a new stronger and more healthy me
;p WOOOOOOHOOOOOOO ;p My Milage: My Quit Date: 2/17/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 64 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,291 Amount Saved: $480 Life Gained: Days: 10 Hrs: 12 Mins: 35 Seconds: 15
