you've been through three days of hell and you need a break. but not a break form the quit. this is one reason why rewards are so important.
YOU"VE MADE IT 3 WHOLE DAYS!! You deserve not just a pat on the back, but a nice reward! It's time to rewire those circuits. Nicotine reward the pleasure centers in the brain so your brain thought it got a reward every time you smoked. Now you need to re-train yourself....you get a reward for NOT smoking. It can be something small...like an hour to take pleasure in something you haven't had time for or splurging on a starbucks coffee.
hang on tight matt...it is sooo worth it!
