Lainey I gave myself a reward today, I joined Zoomba , its a big fad in our community right now. It's an excersice class but it's a lot of fun were dancing and burning a lot of calories. I feel like I'm getting rid of all that poison in my body nico stuff..... Plus it's ladies only.....great fun...

That's great, your lungs must be in pretty good shape. I can walk 5 kl , and I can do 30 min on the elleptical but I'm sure I can't run 3 or 4 kl. Congrats again and keep on running.....it looks good on you.

This is the perfect site to help you quit smoking. There is always someone to encourage you to stay quit. Drink a lot of ice cold water, I like a lemon wedge in my water looks attractive and I like the taste. I see that you like excercising, and that really helps with the cravings.....good luck

Welcome to ssc, I also quit cold turkey, drink a lot of ice cold water, take deep breaths, excercise and you will get rid of that poison in your body a lot faster. I also ate a lot of oranges. I'm not home free yet but I'm doing pretty good the cravings are not so bad now.. Good Luck
