Celebrating this morning!!! No slipping. Got in my car and drove around, took my daughter out for ice cream, came home and exercised a bit, took a long shower, went to bed early... Everything is OK today!

I?m trying again

Welcome aboard Maria,
I'm a new comer myself, but I became a huge fan of this website because of the knowledge, friendship and support that the people here are able to share with you. Please read as much as you can in the forums, ask as many questions as you want and stay ahead of the nicodemon, by learning to cope with the tricks it's going to throw in front of you.
Good luck (and patience).
Cristina

Great job Lance! You are back on track now! Are you using any NRTs or just went cold turkey?

Day Two

Another thing that got me going is the exercise - I started only about 1 month ago, I was hacking and coughing like crazy... I am not doing much - not investing in Gym memberships yet. But I got the Wii Fit Plus and Billy Blanks routines... they'll get you off the couch and give you something good to do for yourself, for a change. Keep it simple and be determined. There will be ups and downs... but guess what? If you know they'll come, you can prepare yourself for it, and not slip.  Give it a try, OK?
Wishing you the best
Cristina
