Nicodemon alert!!! It was too good to be true. I know the trigger - pure boredom. But it's a BIG one. I know what I'm supposed to do and I'm not giving in... BUT let me tell you - it's not easy...

Today I am happy to report that I am ... SORE !!! Lol. Got my Wii Fit Plus yesterday and exercised for 2 full hours, challenging my 10 yo daughter... But I won! Paying the price today... but it's worth it. No smoking, good exercise, great mood... Life IS good!!!
Happy Thursday everybody! Keep up the quit!

Wasn't expecting anything else from you Kaiser. And I bet Shortcake is in too, right?
So bike it is... checking the rides around Lake Tahoe... man that looks good. Need a weekend getaway!!! Smokefree and fun! Let's see how that works out for a change... :p
I'm a new comer myself, but I became a huge fan of this website because of the knowledge, friendship and support that the people here are able to share with you. Please read as much as you can in the forums, ask as many questions as you want and stay ahead of the nicodemon, by learning to cope with the tricks it's going to throw in front of you.
Good luck (and patience).

Another thing that got me going is the exercise - I started only about 1 month ago, I was hacking and coughing like crazy... I am not doing much - not investing in Gym memberships yet. But I got the Wii Fit Plus and Billy Blanks routines... they'll get you off the couch and give you something good to do for yourself, for a change. Keep it simple and be determined. There will be ups and downs... but guess what? If you know they'll come, you can prepare yourself for it, and not slip. Give it a try, OK?
Wishing you the best
