Okay this is the deal................

Sparky- I have been having sleeping (and anxiety)problems also and have been able to manage it with herbs-  they really work for me !. For sleeping I take Valerian and for my anxiety I have been taking Holy Basil. Three months ago I would have said no way but decided if I was going to make this quit my final I was going to need everything that could assist. I did the research on both and they are harmless and non addictive. Hope this helps

What Was That ???

Detox- have the same thing- not quite as overpowering- but the same "lack of" feeling that is like a dull ache with me. It feels like a void that nothing can satisfy. Thankfully, at this point, my life is SO much different from just two months of not smoking that it is a worth little pain. Stay with it my friend. Breaking the addiction is freedom, and that feeling that you describe is slowly starting to subside. One fight at a time...

ugh

Deb- Ninety three days is awesome, sick or not. I remember smoking through some of the worst colds I've ever had and it taking so much longer to get well. Congratulations to you on the ninety days, and I hope you continue to fell better.

Quitting soon...

Hey Winner,
Listen to Jim- he is not exaggerating. Thousands and thousands really means, well, for me at least 168,000 cigarettes over twenty three years for which I paid something like $25,000. And I am only 41. I am not proud of this.Quit now, put that money in the bank..
And quitting for real after all this time is a REAL pain in the arse.... as everyone on this forum can tell you about.
Good luck, hang in there, post often..
Tim
