Hey RonR -

You sound pretty normal to me!!! Quitting is a process not an event, that's for sure. Hang tough my friend. You can do this for sure. There's no way you need a smoke. You can beat the demon!!

Behind the scenes - reflections on one month - my (earned) ramble

You guys are the best. Really. Thanks for all the support. There is no way I'd have a month without all of you and this site. Just no way. When I felt weak I'd read. When I felt strong I posted. I will continue to be here for a long time, getting help and offering it as well.

Together we are much stronger than alone. I consider each and every one of you hero's - you are helping to save my life. Literally.

My hat is off to you all.....

Now do you see why I wear the mask???????

I'm so damn good looking that I didn't want all the ladies on the board rushing me all at once. OK girls, now that you know what a catch I am.....

BRING IT ON!!!!!!

Newbie here

Hi popsmom.....

Okay - here's the news.... After an exhaustive search by teams on three continents, we can safely say, there is no washer and dryer repair manual, that contains a step, that refers to having a smoke in order to repair the unit once it's pooched out.

We looked and looked and looked.... N.O.P.E.

You're gonna do it this time aren't you!!! Damn the stress - full speed ahead!!!

Heavy smoker, young age

Hey icandoit -

How goes the battle? You doing okay? You and popsmom still walking down that path together or what?

I wish to God I was smart enough at 19 years old to be doing what you are doing right now. If only I could take back those years.....

Hell Week is over and Heck Week is underway!

Somehow I missed this as well....

It's not my fault. I'm old. I couldn't find my glasses. The dog wanted to go out. The refrigerator was leaking. My wifes car was making a funny noise, and I wasn't exactly sure where either of my kids was.....

Yes there is determination in those words. You must feel like a million bucks right about now. You're doing so well!! Thanks for the post!
