Thanks everyone.
Would you believe I had a 'smoking dream; Weds night?
I was at a crossroads(literally) with a friend and I wanted to have a cigarette without him seeing.
We agreed to meet later and went our separate ways.
I bought cigarettes and matches and undid the pack and took a cig out.
I then saw sense and threw the lot away!!!!

Oh one other thing a nozzly thing is the top of a water bottle that most of us have chewed up durimg our quits
Love
me
xx
