Behind the scenes - reflections on one month - my (earned) ramble

CD  a month already! and after reading your post I have to say well done to you for getting through some difficult times without reverting to our old crutch!!
I know it would be so easy in times of crisis, however, all we would be doing long term is adding another problem to the list, and I know for me psychologically I could not do those first 30 days again.
Thanks for your continuing support of others and your humour too, and keep up this terrific quit!!!

Need some tips

I can't really add that much to the great advice you've had below, only to say that you seem to have a really good understanding of your vulnerabilities which has to be a bonus in avoidance.
Changing behaviours is very important to avoid triggers but not always easy or attainable. I think you'll be fine... and one easy positive change could be to drop by here and read and post and let us all support you in your quit.
Good Luck!
