NEED SOME ADVICE

I gotta admit, regular crispy bacon is very tasty...but Canadian bacon(back bacon or peameal bacon up here) is also very good as Mike says.  And way less fat!!!!!
I'm talking about all this wonderful food since I've just finished a day and a half fast for a test I just had.  Right now,  I could easily murder anything on a bun!!!!

Cheers,  Jan

Crave Baskets

Here's a few of my favourites.  Those sweet little baby cherry tomatoes with light ranch dressing.  Werther's sugar free butterscotch mints.(Mmmmm....one of my faves!)
Ice cold Crystal Light(Pink Lemonade).  Ice cold Diet Pepsi.  And the odd Tim Horton's coffee thrown into the mix.

Keep the ideas coming,

Jan

Hope to make it this time.

2die4,
Your attitude and your drive are keeping you moving forward.  Good for you.  One day at a time...one crave at a time.  Check out the "Crave Basket" thread, there's some pretty good ideas there.

All the best to you,

Jan

Killing the demon

Paula,
I'm glad you're feeling a bit better today.  Don't look too far ahead, and remember...its IMPORTANT to be good to yourself right now.
Once you're through hell and heck week, half the battle is over.  It honestly does become easier.
Hang in there and take this one day at a time right now.

Cheers,  Jan

Heck week has started for this newbie

Congratulations mta!  Three months free from cigarettes is nothing to sneeze at.  In fact, its downright fantastic.  I'm sure your wife will come around.  It took me quite a few times stopping and starting again.  She'll beat the demon in her own time.  In the mean time you're being a great role model.
Keep up the great work,

Cheers,  Jan
