This is a wonderful topic and one that has affected me since I quit smoking. You both turn chores and the like into doable things. The motivation I once had has sprouted wings and left!

Congratulations, Mr. Lucky. Glad you've come back. Sounds like you really want this quit, and you know what, you CAN do this. Post often, read often. It really helps. I have found that since I quit I'm not as anxious anymore. Half the time my mind was trying to figure out how to get outside for another smoke. I had a whole bag of "smoking" excuses. Stay strong, stay smoke free.
