Hi Kayla I,m doing good.Working thru hell week.Driving is an easy way to get hooked on smoking. After 35 yr.s at 135000k a year I was happy to give it up. Unfortunatly the smoking stayed on.But we,ll get a handle on this one to.There,s a lot of great people here to keep us on the straight and narrow... Hi Bear how are you doing? I read your reply to one of my rants and thanks. I know we can do this. I also use to drive a tractor trailer and miss the roads. My handle was muddy midget ha ha.Someday I'll go back just not smoking. I could save the money and do some shopping. Anyway I was just concerned on how you are and I'm here for you as well as everyone else that has helped me out. Stay strong you can and will do this!! Bear... ;) You give the interior a sponge bath with white vinegar. It will neutralize and clean up the odors... great for cleaning the glass too! auntdeb My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/1/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 81 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 4,079 Amount Saved: $384.75 Life Gained: Days: 11 Hrs: 5 Mins: 28 Seconds: 10

Now for the bad news. I just got my credit card statment. I spent $321.00 on booze & tobacco from Feb 19 till now.Is that any good?? I think I just got lucky again by going to that Peel seminar and finding this site.I think I,ll go and buy myself a lottery ticket!! I was going to go to the Woodbine, the runners are back, but thats probably not a very good reward either!! (another problem from my past) Man I,ve lived a busy life LOL Bear My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/21/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 2 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 45 Amount Saved: $20 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 14 Mins: 16 Seconds: 50

Bear - That's great! That extra money, combined with all of the money you're saving on booze & smokes....you'll be living the high life! Just think, you're saving about $10/day on smokes....that's $300 a month! Then add what you're saving on booze. And, to top it all off - with your new healthy life style - you'll actually be around a lot longer to enjoy it!
