Thats good thoough, just think of how proud those people you see at the parties will feel when they realise you have given up smoking. 16 days today and still going strong...am proud of you. Let us know how it all goes if you get chance to... Hey to everyone else, am doing fine myself. Get the odd moments when i feel like smoking, and the times when i really wanna smoke (mainly after eating and in the pub), but apart from that most of the time i dont wanna smoke. Hi All Still struggling on!! :mad: However--have started to read the Allen Carr --but as soon as i start it sort of "everything goes cloudy" I can not concentrate-- Its sort off my mind want to hang on to the Good Old habit thing , but I fight against!! HI ALL JUNE BUGS!!! Just checking in :) as u all know it has not been an easy month for me.. On the 6th i have been smoke free 1 month..> Wooo Hooo i have been through forgetfulness, depression. anger, sadness, headaches. mouth ulcer, climbing the walls, frustration, spaced-out, dizziness, hunger, and even self-harm ideas!! Had a few good days .. thanks God.. I Do know it will hit me again--BUT Im ready for u.. ##Ff@!! Nicodemon GGGgrrr i did managed to get hold of the Allen Carr Book.. Have just started to read it!! The family husband and teenagers still causing trouble at home ,,, making me tense and anxious.. Try to ignore them.. Not easy.. Eat a lot .. and have heaps of showers.. Thats it for now..
