Ok, I have not done a darn thing. I have been eating like a pig. I never worried about weight before, becuase of smokes+kids, I don't eat much. Well all that has changed 3weeks ago. I allowed myself 10pds for my quit time. Well I have already gained 8pds. YIKES. So I need help. I will be here more often. The afternoon dance party w/kids not burning what I am eating. Not replacing fagsw/food, Just not watching what I am doing.
