B: 2 weetabix, with semi skimmed milk and honey, 2 pieces of granary toast with low fat spread
L: Sausage + bean melt (that was bad, its made of pastry and has cheese beans and sausages in)
D: 1 Bananna, Heinz baked beans on granary toast, low fat spread
Its now 8pm, so no more food for me for today.
