Hi Everyone! I was so-so today: B=Granola bar, coffee, ff vanilla soy milk, green tea L=Small turkey sub, doritos, chocolate chip cookie D=Steak, french fries, broccoli S=Frozen yogurt, green tea Exercise = resistance band and aerobics. No Lady, I haven't gotten any clubs yet. Looks like October will have to be a bust for me. I'm gone Oct 6-20. Part of the time I'll be at the beach, the other part I'll be in Alaska. Lots of travelling for me! I'm excited about Anchorage. Northern Lights and salmon. Count me in! Oral surgery went well yesterday - glad that is over! I didn't eat much of anything yesterday - but I'll still post what I was able to eat: B=Nothing L=green tea and Yoplait Lite Banana Cream Yogurt S=Chai Tea D=Campbell's Select Butternut Squash Soup And I've drank tons of water! Exercise = nothing. I hope to be able to eat a bit more today - but if not, I'm sure it's not going to hurt me! ;p Hope everyone has a great weekend.
