Sorry ladies, Ive been busy. 7.8-7.10 I was pretty good with eating and exercising. Yesterday I was terrible. Had to make trips to 3 other cities about 45 minutes each in 3 different directions and did the fast food fat-on-the-run diet. So far today: b- cottage cheese/flax, grapefruit, toast/peanut butter My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/5/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 433 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 17,337 Amount Saved: $2814.5 Life Gained: Days: 56 Hrs: 4 Mins: 57 Seconds: 12

Hi Ladies! Ive been eating well, but have slacked off on exercising the past couple of weeks because of school starting. Time to get back in the groove. b- cottage cheese/flax, grapefruit, toast with peanut butter lunch will be a peach smoothie and dinner will be barbeque. The only 2 things I cook that will get my children and all of their friends over here are NC barbeque and chili. I made barbeque last night and put the word out. Im expecting lots of teenage/young adult company today. (culinary bribes work) :p Have a great weekend. Im on my way to the Y to work out. Not cravin', never cavin'.
