Hi Hugs,
Glad to hear that not only the test was ok, but that you didn't miss out on chocolate AND had
ready-made, home cooked meals to enjoy!
The small pleasures in life can make all the difference .

Sunny,
My test was okay and I did get some chocolate but had to wait a few days before I was okay.  I had cooked in bulk in case I wasn't well, so there was plenty to enjoy later  Worry does pay off sometimes

Good to read Sid. Your successes help you and us. Each time we have these successes and read about everyone else's victories, we all get lifted some. A high tide raises all boats. Thank you!

Hugs4u:  Well done.  Sorry you had to fast on Easter for Monday's med. test!  Did the Easter bunny leave you any chocolate?  Maybe you can eat it now?  hope your test went well.   Let us know.  We care.

I had to add one other thing I did on Good Friday.  I joined  a procession, and it was a long walk, and I walked alone back home.
What was unique was the slow pace, without hurry, meditatively and with a very large group of people with no distractions or noise.  This was good for the "spirit".

I went food shopping even though I felt nauseous and headachy and tired after a medical test.  Doing what needs to be done is important!

Thanks for posting these positives Sid/Red!  It's good to get in the habit of recognizing the positives everyday.
