So it's not you. There seems to be a technical error on your account. I will get our IT team to look into it as soon as they can! Thanks for making me aware of this! I will let you know when we have the problem resolved!
After I signed in I was taken to my glove box. I went to the forums and when I tried to post, it said I needed to sign in.
When I clicked on sign in it took me back to my glove and showed me as signed in. But I was still not able to post in the forums. I can't figure it out. I spent all day at it. I even created a new account as reddesertflower and it did the same thing.
It did cut down on my smoking messing with it all day.
I am glad you signed up from the site. It will be hard but it is so worth it! You have fought through so much I know you can make it through this fight. Also, from what I have read, quitting smoking can actually help anxiety! It may be difficult for the first few weeks, while you are adjusting to new coping mechanisms. Keep us updated on how you are doing! I will be keeping an eye on you on both sites
I know that some people are not Agoraphobic like myself but leaving the house is a big accomplishment for me. It is getting easier and easier and I think it is becoming a problem of the past for me.
1. I made it to my quilting class and enjoyed my self, even with just 3 hrs sleep.
2. I signed up for the sister site to help try to quit smoking.
3. I learned one thing from my panic attack nightmare that I had the night before last. That I am can not let myself feel responsible for other people any more. It is ok to be off duty and let myself relax and sleep. I am only responsible for me.
4. I sleep like a rock last night.
Todays
I have been relaxing all day with my partner.
I have been studying the sister sites quit smoking program.
