Sounds like you are right on track.....what are you telling yourself when the "feeling" hits? I hope it's something about being a non smoker and how even though it feels like you want a cig, you wouldn't dream of actually smoking one, because you're a nonsmoker, and nonsmokers don't smoke...ever!!!
Also, I hope you are being kind to yourself, giving yourself little treats, taking relaxing showers or baths, going for walks, watching movies, congratulating yourself for each time you resist the urge.
It does get better, I promise you. Especially if you can look at this as a wonderful gift you are giving yourself.
