Hey, David! Congrats on 12 big days, you're almost through the worst of it! A lot of us had trouble sleeping, sleep disturbances or bizarre dreams. My sleeping patterns normalized after about a month & then I started to have the BEST sleep I'd had in years & still do. It's different for everyone though & also depends somewhat on the method you're using. If it's a real problem for you & interfering with your life, see your doctor. Mostly, I just wanted to say you're doing great & keep it up! That's how you get it done! Hi everyone, Hope you are all doing great. Day 12 and we making some good progresses as time pass by. Just sleeping is a big issue and I was wondering if anyone was felling the same. Going to sleep is ok but waking up frequently is a problem. Any idea or thoughts on this? Good to hear, David. Thailand vacation sounds fantastic as a reward. Unfortunately, I might have to wait for that one year anniversary before I've got enough reward money saved for that trip. Oh, hey! We can add David's place to the list of annual gatherings. this year is NC with John & Sue. Next year we are at Aloha's house. That puts us in Thailand in 2010. Awesome! :p My Milage: My Quit Date: 8/25/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 13 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 390 Amount Saved: $76.05 Life Gained: Days: 1 Hrs: 3 Mins: 50 Seconds: 18
