Kaiti,
I don't have any wisdom for you, except I know how you feel. I don't quite recognize myself either. It took me over 5 months to even begin to address the issue. Your quit is your first priority, the rest will come into place.
Once I started focusing on my eating habits, I didn't think so much about not having a cigarette. It made the quit easier. But I'm months ahead of you, so wait if you need to.
Just don't look for a quick fix, there are none. Just be healthy. I say this after having had pizza with my daughter tonite. Yum! Tomorrow is another day. I refuse to be too hard on myself, because I'm still better than before I quit. Eat, drink and be merry for the holidays!
What's another week!
Andrea
