Missthing its going well, seems to really work my upper thighs since you have to keep your knees not locked. Also depending on whether you lean forward or backward it works arms, shoulders, chest. I really like it. It comes with a video that you can use to learn the program. Overall I think it was a good investment! I'm sure the machines at the gym show you as well, but it shows calories, miles, pulse, time and how fast you're gliding. I have arthitis in my knees so the low impact is great and working those thigh muscles is also good for taking the pressure off my knees eventually...
