Calorie Count Diet

Windy its probably water retention, I'm sure it will disappear soon. Things to think about, is it close to time of month, did you eat a lot of salt the day before etc. Hope it goes away as quickly as it came for you. I have a pound that keeps fluctuating up and down this weeks, if it would stay down I'd be at 25 pounds lost lol. I am noticing getting some more muscle in my legs since using my gazelle and walking the dog! Oh yeah and Windy when you have more lean muscle your metabolism increases so its win win anyways! Missthing its going well, seems to really work my upper thighs since you have to keep your knees not locked. Also depending on whether you lean forward or backward it works arms, shoulders, chest. I really like it. It comes with a video that you can use to learn the program. Overall I think it was a good investment! I'm sure the machines at the gym show you as well, but it shows calories, miles, pulse, time and how fast you're gliding. I have arthitis in my knees so the low impact is great and working those thigh muscles is also good for taking the pressure off my knees eventually... 23 lbs lost for me now! Bought a gazelle glider for excercising when its too nasty to go for long walks with the dog! Its pretty neat, and I hate going to the gym so it works for me! Finally started losing some again, down 20 pounds total now. Was getting worried after the last couple weeks not losing anything! Next week i'll be buying some exercise equipment to use at home since I can get re-imbursed from work for up to $400. Any suggestions anyone? missthing, have you ever tried low carb? I know some people scoff at it and say its very bad, but its really not and I find it a lot easier than low fat or calorie counting, plus for the most part I'm usually under 1300 calories anyways even being on low carb. There's lots of great information available free on different websites.....just a thought to help since you're stalled... Hi Everyone, haven't posted weight loss recently but I'm still on my low carb diet and since January 2 have lost 11 pounds. Exercise is still just taking my dog for long walks daily - we both like it except its getting so cold!!! Hi everyone, haven't been getting my walks in with the dog lately. Its way too cold here, I even tried the other day but got halfway down the block and she turned around to come back home...its even too cold for her. So far I've lost 15lbs. Still doing the low carb thing and its still working slowly but surely!
