Hi RVDMan I remember, seems like a long long time ago, when I read your posts, I would think, this man's quit is as difficult as mine, if he can do it I can do it. And we're still doing it, I will be 300 days tomorrow, this seems like a huge milestone to me. I don't like the smell of cigarette smoke anymore but I don't complain about it, I just go my merry way. My home is smoke free and my family is so happy about that (all of them non-smokers). I assist non-smoking help groups here at our local health chapter. I tell them the truth about quitting and what I went through, so it helps them as I have had such a hard time of it, they seem to think: well it's not that bad for me (LOL), I do this once a month, every new session. So happy you're doing great, just stay away from fresh lit ciggies LOL and you'll be fine. Take care, one day at a time
