How absolutely amazing !!! I pop in once in a blue moon and today was the moon to see 2 of the great guys who helped to keep me going on the quit. How the jolly devil are you both?? Keeping the vagaries of this odd life at bay? I've just posted my 18 month celebration and it's an eternal puzzle to me why I'm still quit...what's it all about?...am I achieving something?....why am I still thinking about smoking memories at times?? Inconceivably odd, that's all I can say but I get a hell of a kick out of cycling nowadays and that's somthing I couldn't have entertained back along!! So very glad to read you both...love, Lilly x ;) My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/11/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 554 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 16,620 Amount Saved: 4,155.00 Life Gained: Days: 73 Hrs: 8 Mins: 20 Seconds: 42

November 16th 2007 On the eve of 21 months MMM Oh YES! Another month has rolled along. Life is very busy and life is very full. The inspiration that comes from the simple act of quitting has been powerful for me and has driven me further in my quit. The blessings that I gather to me as I offer support and a helping hand along the way to others is a huge reward. The gratitude and relief I feel at reaping the benefits that my body feels at having quit after so many years offers me a new lease on life. What a wonderful feeling it is to be able to breath and what an awesome feeling to know and appreciate that my body is healing and that I have the ability to regenerate. Be strong out there. Know that if I can do this that every one of you can do it also. Cheers enjoy the snow that will soon arrive. :eg: Joy - Love - Peace - Life Phillip :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 2/17/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 637 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 15,925 Amount Saved: $5,414.50 Life Gained: Days: 103 Hrs: 20 Mins: 6 Seconds: 39

Riverdaleman - I am new here and five days into my quit. And I have to say reading what you wrote made me excited and inspired. I hope that one day my doctor will say "good thing you quit when you did" I have can say the same as you, cause I still worry. But no matter what life brings, it is good I quit now, and deal with any issues. Thanks for checking in - I needed to see your success - Congrats!
