CM, keep thinking positively. In time, you will see the benefits of having a positive and optimistic attitude (even though I know that it is sometimes challenging to stay positive, but you can do it if you set your mind to it).
Members, do any of you practise deep breathing? If so, can you please share with CM how it is helpful to you?
Thanks so much for letting us know how you're doing Ivoryplum. I'm sorry to hear that you're not getting the results you've hoped for, but keep at it. It sounds like you are doing much better, so keep up that positive attitude and you will be able to achieve anything!
I'm sorry to hear that you had a bad afternoon. Like you said, hopefully tonight will be better. You have a lot going on right now, so hopefully in a week or so things will go back to 'normal'.
Have you thought of ways to try and start letting people into your life? I don't think you should worry about people seeing your weaknesses. We all have weaknesses, and we all have strengths. Have you tried focusing on your strengths?
