Yesterday I came home from work and my neighbour was outside. I had not seen her for about a week. She knows that I quit smoking.
Anyways, she looks at me and says "Oh my God, do you ever look different!" , and I'm like "ooookkk?!?" And she says "you look 10 years younger! Your eyes are so bright and your glowing.You don't have the smokers mask anymore!"
So that made my day! :) Another reason to keep the quit!

I just didn't realize how soon quitting smoking made a difference in somebody's appearance.
And this is only on the outside of my body, imagine how good my insides are starting to look! lol.
