OK well, 1/2 a one in my junk drawer in the kitchen.
I stared at it.
I picked it up.
I put it to my mouth.
I pretended to inhale.
I picked up matches that I also found in the drawer.
I started to walk outside.
I stopped. Stood there for about 5 minutes.
I had several thoughts go through my mind
-just HALF a smoke, no one will know except me.
-it will feel so good
-if i smoke it , it will taste bad and it will give me more incentive to keep quitting.(crazy, I know!)
I ran downstairs, signed on here and started typing.
So here I am , crying my eyes out , so PISSED that 1/2 a smoke has so much control over me.
I will crush it right now.
That is my confession.

Happy Birthday Phil! What are your plans for the big day?
This one is for you :)
When I get older losing my hair,
Many years from now.
Will you still be sending me a valentine
Birthday greetings bottle of wine.
If I'd been out till quarter to three
Would you lock the door,
Will you still need me, will you still feed me,
When I'm sixty-four.
You'll be older too,
And if you say the word,
I could stay with you.
I could be handy, mending a fuse
When your lights have gone.
You can knit a sweater by the fireside
Sunday mornings go for a ride,
Doing the garden, digging the weeds,
Who could ask for more.
Will you still need me, will you still feed me,
When I'm sixty-four.
Every summer we can rent a cottage,
In the Isle of Wight, if it's not too dear
We shall scrimp and save
Grandchildren on your knee
Vera ,Chuck & Dave
Send me a postcard, drop me a line,
Stating point of view
Indicate precisely what you mean to say
Yours sincerely, wasting away
Give me your answer, fill in a form
Mine for evermore
Will you still need me, will you still feed me,
When I'm sixty-four.

yes aloha lol.
I ripped it up over the toilet and then flushed! :) :)
That was 2 hours ago and I know I feel better now than if I
did take a puff.
This is a HUGE turning point for me.
