Good for you Carlos. Try and stay away from Smokers. Also might want try like I did, keep your reasons to quit in the same pocket you used to keep you cigarettes. GL! Keep working Carlos It'll get easier soon now. My story of quits is long and difficult. Took me maybe 35 years and this is at least the 7th real attempt. I've learned a lot more now though so this is the last one for me. You're almost to the end of hell week, congrats and hang in there! Carlos, you are doing great. It seems to happen to us all, we quit many many times, but suddenly the veil is lifted and we see what we need to see, in order to quit for life. Once we have done that, we just have to remember, never to go back! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 187 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 4,675 Amount Saved: $1,972.85 Life Gained: Days: 22 Hrs: 21 Mins: 23 Seconds: 7

Hi Carlos! Sounds like you are feeling well. That's terrific! It's no longer a matter of quitting, rather it's just a matter of not smoking. Good for you! Yay!!! Hi carlos, every failed attempt gets you ready for your "forever" quit. I have quit so many times, I lost count...any where from 1 day to 2 months; but I would always rationalize why I could have "just one" cig...there is no such animal..remember that. You are doing great..keep moving along smoke free. NOPE new me My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/26/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 105 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 2,520 Amount Saved: $525.00 Life Gained: Days: 14 Hrs: 12 Mins: 51 Seconds: 41
