I've been getting sick a lot lately. It's strange; I'm one of those people who hardly ever get sick. But last weekend I got what seemed like food poisoning. And now I'm down with the worst sore throat I think I've ever had. I don't know if the sore throat can be attributed to my lungs clearing out some of the gunk from smoking all those years? Or my body's just changing? I'm healing in another way so my immune system is out of whack? Or does it have nothing to do with quitting smoking? Anybody have similar experiences?
