Faith, red wine will do and yes, you may want to wait a month or two ;)
Josie, thanks ;)
I'm still hanging in there, I'll have a TWO tomorrow. I'm growing up. The support makes the difference this time. Work was difficult today but I sucked it up and I'm chewing on dental sticks.
The joy of life is in living - and not just in living - but living well and not to excess. I learned the hard way the value of being nice to myself.
That was passed along to me, it's my gift to you for today.
Interesting, I would love to hang out with ya!
WOO HOO.
Marie

Hi Mr. Ed, I've been reading your posts, quite inspirational.
Can you add me, cause I'm not going anywhere.

Peter Jennings, a handsome man, international reporter, quit smoking at age 40 or something like that and took it up the day of 9/11. He died of lung cancer in 2006. He had stopped smoking for over 20 years. I'm going to find a picture of him and hang it on my fridge.
For some reason, though my own Aunt died of lung cancer, I think that because he stopped for so long and then started back on those evil cigarettes, I can't get him out of my head today.
Still at work, using my boss' time to check in and say hello. I had one bad, bad moment, but I got through it and knowing that I'll see a TWO tomorow is keeping me going.
Can anyone relate or can you share someone who you think about for the QUIT?

Next time you see him, put the cigarette out in his ear.
Ouch.
Seriously, I'm sorry. That must hurt big time. I can't imagine. I do hope you stay here. The support is just incredible. You are better than that cigarette, just keep telling yourself that. You're better than that um, tramp, too. You're also better than your husband.
I read your introduction earlier and cried. Please hang around.

Yikes, thanks.
Gosh, I wish I could take off for a few weeks! I'm drinking a load of water. Glad that it's only 3-4 days though and I'll read that post, Pam, when I get past my now very urgent project just emailed to me by boss!
Yikes, yikes, yikes.
Everyone, be back.

I had it with the Chantix in the early days of taking the Chantix. Are there some over the counter nausea pills that might help? I know there are some for pregnancy, but they're $100 a pill or something nuts like that.
Keep it up! You're doing great.

I can't focus and I'm in the finance area, under alot of pressure to get the year end books done for a new accounting firm and I can't think. I have to complete them by 25 January and I've 3 months to catch up on. How long does the inability to concentrate of focus last? Any tips for me, please? Also, I'll do some more reading (that I have no problem with LOL) when I get home in the wee hours.
Thanks in advance.
