Gratz nonic!
Remember that you have to seperate the anger or other feelings that you have from your quit. Your quit is yours, something no one or no thing can take away unless you let it. Maybe now that you are seeing a new you, you are learning what the old you was, the old issues, the old life. Maybe its time to start learning from the old life so that you will make the new life a million times better.
Keep up the good work and remember we are here for you!
Peace

YAY SLIVERS!!!!!!!!!! Im so happy you came back!
you will quit totally when you are ready and you have to do it your way. Thats the thing I have really learned here. Make sure you fix that meter though, so we know when you have had your last one and you can see the great job you are doing in $ signs!
You can do it, if you need moral support you are in the right place
RAWK ON!

Well I had my reward tonight. It was already set though.. my youngest son is a little in big brothers big sisters and this week was his anniversary with his big. We decided to have dinner tonight to celebrate. I have been tryint o watch what I eat in fear of following the family lack of fitness line. I had a steak!!!!!!!! YIKES! It was sooooo good too. I have been tryin to eat better things (shhhh Sue, dont tell them about the white chocolate pretzels)
I couldnt help it, it was a great day, no cravings!!!!!!!! Except for that steak... lol
one week and things are looking up!
Peace

ya know .. the sad thing, I have doen something like that.. not other peoples cancer butts but my own. I would run out and it would be late, to lazy (Cause I was a smoker) to go get more and I would smoke the butts I had in the ashtray! WHAT WAS I THINKING?????????? Oh wait.. I wasnt!
Its sad when you see this and horrific when you realize you did those things for what? one step closer to cancer and death!
Glad you saw that, a reminder like that will definately keep you on track
