Tracy -
You are not a failure at this - you just postponed your
victory!! Keep on working the tools, don't go too far -
keep on checking in and reading, reading, reading and
know that we are here for you.
Look forward to hearing from you!

Lady -
I read this with tears rolling down my face. You are an
amazing woman - putting yourself on the line every day -
taking care of your children, studying so hard (I know - I
have a degree in accounting from Georgia State), working
full-time - it just makes me tired thinking about it. Your
strength as a role model is inspiring - not only for your
children and your family but for us here as well. You are
always here for anyone that needs a helping hand and support.
How do you do this? If we looked in the dictionary under
SuperWoman - it would say - Lady.
Have a wonderful woman - celebrate - you deserve it!

I tell ya'll - that nicdemon is working overtime. Time and time
again you both have faced adversity in the last couple of weeks
and you both DID NOT SMOKE! You should be proud of yourselves and
I know that we are proud of you. You have changed your mindset - you
are a non-smoker now and smoking is not how non-smokers deal with
stress. I love that outlook!
Hope your Sunday goes better and you both have a relaxing day.

Thanks Healer and Sunshine and Cherie -
You guys always know what to say. I am so thankful that I have a
wonderful support system here and you two are the always here for
me.
Sunshine - I do remember reading about your husband. You are an
amazing woman to be able to live through that and come out on the
other side wanting to help and connect with other non-smokers and
encourage all of us on this new path of life.
Cherie - You are so right - this is like a heroin addiction - sometimes I think it might be worse. It's an accepted addiction and
it's killing more people every day than heroin. Thanks for letting
me vent. This is the best place for that. I will continue to set
an example for my husband - I know that I will never smoke again.
He is proud of me - he does tell me that! And he really helps in
my rewards - So he is supportive of my quit.
Thanks again for all ya'll help - words really don't begin to
describe what that means.
Island Girl
and Healer - I tell you every time I read one of your post I just
feel this sense of calm and peace - thank you so much.
