# 15... get tough & be honest.
If someone %^&@#$ you off - tell them.
It's no good 'bottling it all up' cos you cant 'snuff' it all away with a cigarette.
Remember that you are the most important person in your life, your happiness paramount. Put youself first for once & stop fussing over other people, it's your turn to take centre stage & it's about time !.

# 14... be prepared that your Quit will literally consume you for at least one year.
but thats o.k. cos when we smoked cigarettes, our next cigarette consumed our every thought... feeding the constant & 'nagging' nicotine withdrawl.
One year of discumfort for eternal freedom, no contest !

# 16... Smokers are people too !
It's o.k. to be around other smokers & the choice to stop smoking is ours, don't become one of those 'peaching' non-smokers.
Freedom of choice, spirit, speach & everything else that makes life interesting, we are all unique, it's what makes the world go round.

Reports about second hand smoke,--- hmmmm,
i's say we have more to worry about ie, environmental triggers / Cancer causing environmental pollutants, Radiation from the sun, GE & chemicals / additives in our food, chlorine & flouride in our water the list goes on.... global warming.
Remember.. it's not easy to stop smoking, .. & staying quit & you know it !. I've seen 8 - 10 year quit ex-smokers lite up in the blink of a eye cos after all... no matter how long we've kicked the habit... we are all addicted to nicotine. :8o:
An obsession with smoking & smokers is not healthy... live a little & enjoy life.
We all make our own choices in life & live by them, don't take the fun out of life by taking away our freedom of choice.

come on people.... don't deny it.
cigarette smell is yummy, especially the aroma from roll your own rum or wine tobacco.
yummmmy !!!
i think that is why i've always noticed grumpy ex-smokers around smokers, ever herd the saying that ex-smokers are the worst - they are just afraid to admit it .... that it still smells good.
