I was going to suggest what BFS suggested - put on a patch if it's getting to the point where you're seriously considreing smoking....I for one plan on extending my patch-use until i feel i am ready to start streakin' thru here with nothin' on...I'm still on stage one, and plan on starting stage two next week...

I know how you feel - i forgot to put the patch on till late afternoon on Saturday, and had a HUGE blowout with fiancee right before heading off to work at my part-time job!
What i did (other than try not to yell, scream or cry in front of customers) was remind myself that smoking would only make things worse. All my problems would still be there, but i would have a gross taste in my mouth and be disappointed in myself.
Hope I helped - I'm here if you need someone to vent to!!

deep breaths, put on a movie you like (you're at home right?), take a bath (it's hard not to calm down in a hot tub full of bubbles), nap, cry........whatever you want.......and trust me, you don't REALLY want to smoke - you (and me) are just not used to dealing with all this crap without nicotine.
I'll probably need YOUR help when i decide to go nekkid!!
