I'm So glad you had a great time on your trip, hope you
tooks photo's. I haven't been to Utah but have been out
to the southwest and the moutains were pretty. Thanks

With everyone dealing with different forms of anxiety and panic it is
great to know that their are so many forms of help that are out their
to tap into.  Me personally, I do well with self help, and know that if I need

Something I have done in the past to keep track of my symptoms when
I can't right it down is to use a little tape recorder, every time I had a
panic attack I would try to tape it from beginning to end to see what
thoughts where going through my mind at the time, and how I could
change them and in turn change the outcome of the attack.
 
I learned from session one that I avoided alot of things so that I
didn't have to deal with the panic but that I also was missing out
on the things I wanted to do.

Hi Wrestler,
 
I'm sorry you have been having a bad week. I'm going to throw something
out here, I don't think that you are Happy with your job, it can make you
dread starting a new week, and make you anxious the day before, I know
I have had a few of thoughs over the years. And if you work with pesticides
they can affect the nervous system. Is their something that you are passionate
about that you could turn into partime income? Maybe even include your
wife in starting it? I know that in this economy things are tuff but your health
is important also. Just something to think about. I the subject of dyeing I
too use to worry about dyeing until I changed the way I looked at it, now
I try to see it as another phase that one goes through, before we see our
loved ones again, I also did some reading on the subject and it helped me,
I think we all go through it at one time or other in our lives maybe its the
push we need to do the things we want and need to do in this life and to
enjoy the things we have ( nature, love, family). I hope this helps.

Wow, you did great! Each time you make the calls it will get
alittle easier. If I have an appt. with a doctor and I think that
I will be to nervous to take everything in I ask someone else
to go with me so that they can listen and hopefully catch
the things I miss, or I ask the doc to write the important things
down or give me some info on it so that I can look at it later
when I'm more calm. I also have learned to tell them off the bat that
I am really nervous or that I have anxiety and panic. I know that
you will do just fine, you have done so well so far on your journey
We all can see your progress! Be proud of yourself, as we are for
you. All my best.
