OMG, what Sparky said is so true. For the first few weeks I had trouble keeping my eyes open. I drank lots of water, went to bed early, and napped when possible, if I needed to. After that, I went through a period of waking up 4 or 5 times a night. In the end, it does sort itself out. Its your body healing. Now I have no problems sleeping, and certainly not as tired as I was in the beginning. Every day gets a little easier!
Cheers,
Jan

Fatigue is a common withdrawal symptom and is generally the result of:
• Your metabolism slowing down
• The lack of nicotine which is a stimulant
• The increase of oxygen present in your bloodstream
• Nightly sleeping disturbances
• Caffeine withdrawal
Take naps if you need to as you wait for this withdrawal symptom to pass. If it persists beyond the first few weeks of your quit, see your doctor for further assessment.
For the past few days i have been wiped after work...barely making it to 5 wanting to sleep on the subway home (than goodnessi don't drive) it's a deep exhaustion... did anyone else feel this. when i smoked i would work for hours, always be hyper... complete fired up...i like being off the walls so to say...any suggestion (and yes i am abusing the candy so this might be a candy crash...but i ate tons of candy drank way too many coffees ate once a day horriblness while smoking...)
