Thank you for the encouragement. I am a mom and a grandma. I have a son and a daughter and they each have given me 2 grandchildren. My son has 2 girls ( 12 & 8) and my daughter has a boy (2) and a daughter (9mths) I am determined to stay smoke free for them all. My extra money will be a fun day for me and the little people. I work in the hospitality field and absolutely love my job.

I have been very tired today and all afternoon all I can think of is how good it would feel to smoke just one cig. No body will know and then I tell myself that I will know. This is a hard thing to do. Yeah to all of you guys who keep on keepin on. I can't wait for midnight and getting off work. Then I can go home and go to bed and not be tempted anymore!

I was just sitting here and thinking about when I first started smoking. I started smoking corn silks out of a corn cob pipe when I was just little about 9yr. old. My mom would let me. She thought it was funny to see a little girl smoking on a pipe I guess and I was forever the clown. My parents used to roll their own cigs and I would sneak and roll me one when they were fighting. I would grab a smoke and a pint of my dad's homemade wine and go out to the woods to get away from them. I bought my first pack when cigs were 35 cents a pack. You could smoke anywhere then. My how times have changed.
