Thanks for the words of support. I will stay strong and beat this. It is just whipping my behind  though because I'm soooooo tired during the day and up and down cause I can't sleep at night. I hope this works out soon.

I have been very tired today and all afternoon all I can think of is how good it would feel to smoke just one cig. No body will know and then I tell myself that I will know. This is a hard thing to do. Yeah to all of you guys who keep on keepin on. I can't wait for midnight and getting off work. Then I can go home and go to bed and not be tempted anymore!
