Fear shouldn't be the sole reason for quitting (although, it's there) - the realization that I have been given the opportunity to defeat this terrible addiction puts my quit in a more positive light! I love your statement, "Cigarettes need you, you do not need cigarettes." How true and thanks to people like you, smoking is no longer an option for me!
