Hi Fierrarose,
Your post was a bit hidden here. You may want to start a new discussion in the introduce yourself forum. You can tell a little about yourself, and where you are in quitting or thinking of quitting or if you have set a quit date. You will see many replies from members, old and new and health educators. I don't want you to think that you have been ignored.
To start, you can browse around this whole site. There is so much information in every forum. If there is a specific question that you have, just click on search messages and type in the subject. Also go through the work book here. It will help you to get your bearings on where you are in quitting. How to identify your triggers and how to get started on setting and getting ready for your quit date. You will also want to check with your DR.on whether you should use NTR's or other drugs or aids to help you along. Hey, I am all for any help along the way. Then, get Allen Carr's The Easy Way to Stop Smoking book and read it. If it does not stick the first time, read it again. I would say, he's got some great points there. I may not agree with everything he says but, it is a great start for you. Most importantly, Fierrarose, attitude, sounds simple but, you have to believe it will happen, that you will quit and quit for good, then it is do-able.
I hope to hear alot from you, please start a post in the introduce yourself forum.
