Mary, don't listen to the voices!!! Tell them to get lost, if you keep ignoring them they will give up. Don't give in. You are worth this. You are on day 4 by now you should be aware of smells, tastes, stuff like that. Have you rewarded yourself? How about a nice candle? I like these new soy candles I found at Hallmark, I have Grandma's kitchen burning now, it is a tri-scent candle and right now cinamon bun is burning. It smells so good. Rewards are very important to your quit!! Keep quitting and kick those craves to the curb! Hi Revel, sounds like you are doing the right things. One thing to know is that caffeine seems to be stronger when we first quit...you might cut that back for a bit, or go to non-caffeine. Try some decaf tea instead, or some soda that has no caffeine. Those might help a bit. And of course, water, water, water...I particularly like flavored water. Good luck!
