Hang in, Revel. It does get better. Try taking a bath, taking a walk, anything to distract. And, of course, whatever coping strategies you have planned. Cold water, deep breathing, hard candies, mints, whatever.
If you can, just go to bed. And don't forget to be proud of yourself when you wake up in the morning, still a non-smoker.
You can do it, the first few days are the hardest, and it's so worth it.
