Hello fellow Ashkickers! Just read all the posts I have missed. Sorry I have been gone for so long... let me go ahead and tell you all that I have not slipped... still 100% smoke free! As a matter of fact... I just finished packing, I board that ship tomorrow!!!!!!! YAYYYYYY!!!!
I haven't checked in because I have been so busy. I have been working my regular hours, but with it being summer and the kids out of school. I had 2 boys leave to go to TN with their dad and 1 leave to go to his mom's... my daughter started a summer job and my boyfriend has been working a lot more. So, even with less in the house the past few days, I have more work to do because it is mainly me doing it. Just been really really busy. I have thought about checking in so many times but by the time I could get to the computer I was so tired that I decided to go to bed instead.
One quick story for you... the other day we had a friend call. He was having pc problems and wanted our help. We haven't seen this friend in a long time because we are busy and he is busy and he lives about 45 minutes away. Well, we leave and about half way there I thought about it... He smokes... and he smokes in his house. I mention to my boyfriend about it... man am I dreading it now. Not because I want a cig... because I don't. Not because I am afraid it will make me want a cig, because it won't. So, we get there and walk in. The smell is so strong! We get to his computer room and we are working on his problem. After a while he says we should take a smoke break, he had no idea we quit. So, we tell him that he is more than welcome to take a smoke break, but we don't smoke anymore. He was proud of us for being able to quit and said he wouldn't smoke around us. Later on he couldn't take it anymore and lit up. Neither myself or my boyfriend wanted one... if anything it made me see just how bad it does stink! Then, after we left... I couldn't even stand the smell of myself! I smelled just like cig smoke! I am so thankful that I have quit. I no longer smell like that!
Well, gonna go and flash these stats!!! Hope everyone is doing well and talk to you all again soon!
