Thanks hon.. yes 50 days was a big one :) My reward was joining a gym ! You're a gamer huh ? I used to be really addicted to the games on the net but that was during my smoking days - Now I don't go near them.. they have become a trigger for me. I'll try again maybe in a month of so and give it a try.
Oh Sparky.. I just laugh everytime I see your little kitty pic... SOOOOOOOO cute :p So good to hear that your days are good :) It's all attitude isn't it ? You are upbeat and a fighter all wrapped up into one mighty person .. GOOD FOR YOU !
LOL @ Shakes.. Yes, quite the life vest huh ? I have to make a few alterations - maybe like you have, inflatable wings :p You're sounding healthier.. try to get as much rest whenever possible and you'll be 100% !
Banana !!!! Well my 1st trip to the gym will be tomorrow. I'm revved up for it hon :) I read in another post not to take on too much but you know, speaking for myself, as long as I balance rest and keeping busy that is what is working for me. In the post they had mentioned not to worry about the weight issue etc., but my walks and wanting to drop the weight is a great distraction for me. Everyone is different with what works best for them...
Everyone's stats are looking SO fine ! Really awesome !
And of course - When the Mayflowers have finished their treehouse we will join them with bells on .. It will be fun for all :)
