SO great to see everyone who has checked in :)
Everyone's stats are looking absolutely awesome and everyone should feel so proud :p
We are a very upbeat and positive group and that's fantastic !
But don't forget, if any one of us is struggling or in need of assistance, support etc. we're all here for one another. It's a part of the quit process to feel changes in our new lives and never shy away from sharing especially if you're in need of our support.
It's crucial to our quits to be able to lean on one another here or to post another thread somewhere else here at the SSC !
Life here in Toronto for this ASHKICKER is great ! I went to the gym yesterday and will be going at least 3 x's a week. I've lost the equivalent of 2 chickens...LMAO ! 11 lbs !! I'm so thrilled about that and I'm also just as thrilled that exercising, whether it be at the gym or just going for brisk walks has alleviated and /or crushed some major craves for me, plus it's helped out so much with my stresses and anxieties. The weather here today is cloudy and we're expecting thunderstorms so I'm designating most of today to pampering myself totally :p I've picked out a few movies to watch and I'm just going to plant myself with snacks abound and relax for the better part of the day. I may even take a power nap at one point too :eg:
Enjoy your Sunday my fellow ASHKICKER'S ! ! ! !
